Provide comprehensive HR management support to client group;
Provide local expertise in areas such as legislation, culture, employment practices and labour market;
Drive and lead the development and implementation of HR policies and processes in line with general HR processes of the business;
Provide advice, guidance, and coaching to management on all HR matters;
Support managers in selection, performance management, individual development plans, 360 degree reviews, mentoring, training delivery, communications, talent assessment and leadership coaching in a leadership development environment;
Manage all aspects of employee relations; address employee concerns, conduct internal reviews and implement the necessary resolutions or corrective actions.

University degree in Business or related disciplines;
3+ years of professional experience;
Demonstrated coaching/mentoring/leadership skills;
Teamworker, but has the ability to work independently, take initiatives and follow up;
Results oriented, willing to identify and solve problems;
Strong facilitation skills;
Proven ability to handle multiple and competing priority;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Strong business acumen and analytical mind set;
Working knowledge of Polish labour law and practices;
Fluency in English and Polish.
